STAY AT MARA NAPA

Enjoy 15 acres of private Mara along the Talek River with views of the adjacent 583 square miles of Mara National Reserve. Relax in our luxurious, unique, hand-woven Makuti thatched suites. State of the art waste water management protects Mara's aquifers and our RO filtration system provides clean water to all the taps throughout the camp. Locals also have free access to water from the camp.

Witness the free roaming of our resident hippos, pumbas, porcupines, leopard tortoises, dikdiks, bush bucks, impalas, vervet monkeys and more. As well as elephants, zebras, giraffes, hyenas, and leopards in the evenings.

IMPACT TRAVEL

Your stay at Mara Napa will be life changing, not only for you but for the local community and the Mara wildlife.

This is travel that makes an immediate impact; direct impact you can see first hand.

ELEVATED TENTS

At Mara Napa, our structures are atop elevated platforms, floating above the ground. Suites, dining, bar, lounge and reception are all connected by raised stone pathways. This give our guests and the animals a measure of separation and security. Smaller critters find protection underneath the buildings and larger animals are deterred from coming too close to the suites. Mud from the rain? No problem here. You'll be above it all.

PROJECT PARTICIPATION

Leave Mara Napa Camps feeling empowered. One person CAN make a difference. Each guest may choose how they wish to leave their mark through a selection of curated experiences that make lasting change.

EXPERIENCE MAASAI LIFE

Mara Napa is dedicated to preserving the Maasai culture and offers guests the unique opportunity to "be a Maasai for a day." Choose to spend the night in a traditional Maasai house, called a Manyata, learn to prepare traditional Maasai foods, spend a morning collecting medicinal plants, experience an afternoon with a herder and his cows, or take a side trip to Loita and experience the magical untouched Forest of the Lost Child.
